CHEN LI

Chen Li nasce in Cina (Zhejiang) nel 1972. Dopo la laurea al Politecnico di Torino (1994-1998) in Tecniche e Arti della Stampa, vive e lavora a Torino come graphic designer e artista. Ha esposto tra gli altri a Boston nel 2009 “TransCultural Exchange Here,There and Everywhere: Anticipating the Future of Art”, University of Massachusset, curatrice Mary Sherman); a Delft (Olanda) nel 2009 “4DELFT e nel 2010 alla Triennale Bovisa di Milano “Made in China”.
Il lavoro di Chen Li è caratterizzato dall’uso del segno calligrafico su differenti media che hanno come obiettivo di creare una relazione tra chi guarda e chi crea l’opera.

Chen Li was born in China (Zhejiang) in 1972. After graduating from the Politecnico di Torino (1994-1998) in Techniques and Arts Press, lives and works in Turin as a graphic designer and artist. Chen Li's work is characterized by the use of calligraphic mark on different media that aim to create a relationship between the viewer and who creates the work.
